TOPICS DISCUSSED:

Wiki structure and the main pages that it should include. 

Wiki design was assigned to Mada and Lamya AL-Jasser.

Part-I of the project was discussed and the most appropriate software developmnet approach.

Main points of the project plan.

 

COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS:

Look for project plan samples to have an idea of how to write a good, powerful plan.

Read more about the project and the software that we have to develop.

How to represent the phase.

Divide the work to parts.

Each part contains two to three team members depending on the part.

We shared our knowledge and opinions about each part.

Put the basic outline for each part.

 

COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS:

The deadline for all work to be done and any comments to be given is on Monday 17/3/2008, at 9 p.m.

We discussed phase2 of the project.

Divide the work to parts.

We shared our knowledge and opinions about each part.

 

COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS:

The team members were divided into these groups:

• Introduction and Appendix: Rana Al-Rasheed

• User Requirements: Sarah Almisher, Bedour Abouammoh and Dania Al-Omar

• System Requirements: Bashaer  Alkhwaiter, Tamam Al-Ayed, Nouf AL-Ajmi

• System Models: Mada Al-Haidary,Lamya Al-Jasser, Nouf AL-Ghanmi, Najd Al-Mouh and Ramah AL-Balawi

We will meet for user requirement.

We will meet for system requirements.

User requirements' group should be ready for the next meeting.

Next meeting will be on Saturday 29/3/2008.

Discussed the main idea of  how the system will be designed and  implemented ,so we can judge the requirement.

Discussed user requirements written by user requirements' group.

Discussed  how to write system requirement and in what format.

 

COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS:

All the members agreed on the user requirements.

We will meet for system requirements.

System requirements' group should be ready for the next meeting.

Next meeting will be on Wednesday 2/4/2008.

Every group must commite with their due date , so we can finish on time.

The team members were divided into these groups:

• Architectural Design: Bedour Abouammoh.

• Data Design: Sarah Almisher, Tamam Al-Ayed, Ramah Al-Balawi.

• Component-level Design: Nouf AL-Ghanmi, Najd Al-Mouh , Nouf AL-Ajmi, Dania Al-Omar. 

• Interface Design: Bashaer  Alkhwaiter, Mada Al-Haidary,Lamya Al-Jasser, Rana Al-Rasheed.
